Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and flavor of the herbs, fruits and flowers. Cardamom is a wonderful addition to both savory and sweet dishes. We use cardamom from Kerala and South India which has the best flavor and a little goes a long way. It works especially well in rice dishes (sweet and savory), with fish and combines well with chocolate and coffee. 1 drop = seeds of 4 pods or 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom.
